if you'd prefer to pay by check, download the Lifetime Membership PDF and return it with your check by mail.
2. NAMLE Wish List of In-Kind Contributions
From graphic design to airline miles, there are many contributions you or your organization can make to help NAMLE preserve cash resources. To discuss opportunities for in-kind contributions, contact the NAMLE Development Committee Chair at Development@namle.net
3. Major Gifts, Grants and Contributions
Major gifts from individuals, foundations, organizations or corporations can provide the start-up funding for large projects such as the National Media Education Conference, the Research Summit, disseminating the Core Principles, or publishing a new peer-reviewed journal.
We are interested in building relationships with small family foundations whose flexibility often allows for innovative funding and speedy decisions. Contributions of stocks and bonds will help us build a financial portfolio for long term growth. To explore possibilities that will also benefit your tax situation, contact the NAMLE Development Committee Chair at Development@namle.net
4. Remember NAMLE in your Will
A bequest - making a donation through your will - is one of the easiest and more effective ways to make sure that your family, friends and favorite causes are fully provided for by your estate, while at the same time supporting your commitment to media literacy education and to children and teachers everywhere.
A bequest has the added advantage of lowering your federal estate taxes and reducing estate fees. Through your will, you can specify that a portion of your estate is given to the National Association for Media Literacy Education, or you can specify that NAMLE receive a pre-determined fixed gift. For additional information on bequests, contact the NAMLE Development Committee Chair at Development@namle.net
