How to Post Your Organization’s Mission and Contact Info on the NAMLE Web Site

Thanks again for joining NAMLE! Just follow these simple instructions and we’ll get your organization’s information up on our site in a jiffy.

  1. Write a description of your organization and its mission with a special focus on projects and activities that relate to media literacy education. Use no more than 150 words, but feel free to include up to three embedded links.
  2. Please include a separate home page URL that we can link to and a contact name with an e-mail address. Neither of these pieces of information will be counted towards your word count max of 150. And if you’d like to see an example of what the finished product might look like, just check out some of the organizations that are currently posted.
  3. Attach a digital file of your logo; we’ve found that the jpg format and a minimum resolution of 72 dpi works best.
  4. Within 10 business days of joining NAMLE, please send your text and your logo to Peter Gutierrez, NAMLE’s Organizational Membership Coordinator, at pgutierrez@namle.net.  We want to showcase your organization as a leader in media literacy education as soon as possible!

Peter is happy to assist you with any other questions you might have—or even help you draft or edit your description.

By posting your organization to our site, we energize the field, letting others know about your work and showing how NAMLE supports it.
